1. Agreement to Terms

By using the Nkyea Twi Primer iOS app or this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or site.

2. Who Can Use Nkyea

To use Nkyea Twi Primer, you must be at least 13 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian. You must also agree to use the app for educational purposes only.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure.
• Do not share your login with others or use someone else’s account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features require payment, such as live tutor sessions or premium access.
• All payments are processed securely through the App Store.
• You can cancel or manage your subscription in your Apple account settings.

5. Live Sessions

Live tutor calls are scheduled based on availability. Missed sessions without notice may not be refunded.

6. Use of AI Tools

Nkyea Twi Primer uses AI to help you improve pronunciation and get feedback. AI responses are meant to guide you, not replace human instruction.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the app (e.g. hacking, spamming, or scraping data).
• Upload inappropriate content or use offensive language in community areas.
• Copy, sell, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, including lessons, designs, and branding, belongs to Nkyea. You may not reuse or reproduce it without written permission.

9. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account if you violate these terms. You can also delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as needed. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated date at the top.
